GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Orders are processed in the order they are received, and usually shipped out of our studio from Langley, BC within 2-4 business days and ship via Canada Post, USPS or UPS and may take 2-12business days, depending on your location.

Please note orders during public holidays may take an extra business day to arrive.

 

 

CANADIAN SHIPPING

Free Standard shipping for orders over $100 CAD.

If the order is under $100 CAD, a flat rate charge of $15.00 CAD (BC), $ 20.00 CAD (Other provinces in Canada) will be applied.

USA SHIPPING     

We ship to all the states in the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Free Standard shipping for orders over $140 CAD.

If the order is under $140 CAD, a flat rate charge of $ 30.00 CAD will be applied.

CUSTOM & DUTIES

The customer is responsible for covering all customs duties and fees. Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs, and unfortunately, we have no control over these situations.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer International shipping outside of the US.

 

 

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates as all dates are estimated time frames on standard delivery. If product is needed by a specific date and time please contact us. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we have no control over a shipment once a package departs. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. The customer accepts full responsibility to file
any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments, delivery delays. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
